Progress tracking tool to monitor students and attainment levels

OFSTED are asking schools to be aware of the progress made by students at all times in all subjects and expecting that most learners will make two levels of progress at each Key Stage.

The Progress Tracker system tracks students against their expected progress as defined by the school and colour codes any students above or below their expected level of attainment. Analysis reports will allow staff in school to identify areas of strength and weakness and subsequently target their actions.

  •  Progress can be defined by the school (pre formatted spreadsheet supplied)
  •  Progress can defined differently in each subject
  •  Progress can be defined according to starting point
  •  Targets columns can be included (Year and KS)
  •  Effort, homework, etc columns can be included
  •  Results entry 3 or 6 times a year is catered for
  •  Will work with Facility Mark Book

Delivery – typically a three stage delivery led by our specialists (all experienced senior managers from education)

Stage 1 – Our specialists will work with school leaders to design a professional and tailored specification tailored to your school by understand the individual needs of the school, explaining the benefits and latest best practice methods.

Stage 2 – Technical experts will remotely deliver reliable and robust entry screens and reports, install and test them on your server.

Stage 3 – Our specialist will revisit your school and run tutorial sessions for staff to ensure that your system is becomes embedded into your school and well used.
