Assessment Tracker - Target
Progress tracking tool that measures students perfomance against targets including exams, assessments, coursework and more
Assessment tracking is based on a system that allows you to measure progress against an attainment target and also to record effort, coursework etc. The system also provides online an online tool for analysing results and a suite of reports focused on helping you identify strengths and areas for improvement. This enables individuals and groups to be targeted accurately with appropriate actions. It is based on best practice principles, and tailored to individual school needs.
- It allows for the setting of both end of key stage and end of year targets with baseline data displayed for guidance
- It allows staff to consider three key questions at the end of each term i.e. What level of attainment is the student working at? How hard is the student trying? Is there a coursework/homework issue?
- Attainment above target is highlighted in green and attainment below target is highlighted in red
- Staff can review a teaching group’s progress across a key stage, instantly recognising the general trend from the colours
- Staff can review an individual’s progress, also coloured, and these screens are used for mentoring and parents’ evenings
- Staff can also analyse data to compare performance across a range subjects, teaching groups, sex, ethnicity, etc.
- Reports can be generated to identify students above and below target to enable staff to pinpoint students that need additional support and targeted improvement.
Delivery – typically a three stage delivery led by our specialists (all experienced senior managers from education)
