Overview

This WebEx training session will go through all of the processes and relevant areas required in order to ensure that your results day runs as smoothly as possible. This course is designed for anyone who may be new to the job of Exam officer or who may have little or no experience of using the Exams module of Facility. You may also find this course useful as a refresher if you have previously attended the Exams Management training (regional) or the Introduction to Exams training (onsite). The training will consist of three sections as outlined below:

  2. Results Day Procedures
  3. FAQ’s, common issues and using the Firstline Website
