Mailing labels can be easily produced and simple letter creation is available. A variety of standard letters can be produced within the system around specific areas of reporting such as absence.
Absence Records
Roll call information can be entered into the system for a day or a week, quickly and easily marking off any absences. With the click of a button absence letters can then be produced to send home with a return slip with the reason for absence. This information can also be analysed to identify patterns in absence, as well as for reports.
Document Storage
A document storage facility is available within Facility Admin to store all letters, reports, and other important documents. This saves keeping paper copies and each item relating to a specific student can be attached to their record.
Behaviour Record
Student behavior can be logged in Facility Admin so that details of positive and negative instances can be recorded. This can include merits, bullying, and disruptive behaviour, with a comments box to include any relevant details.

Easily create lists for classes, students, and staff.
Reduces Paper Trail
By having more information stored electronically the school will save on duplicate copies of documents and printed reports as electronic copies can be stored and sent on e-mail.
