Overview
This course is designed to give delegates an overview of Facility Options and to step through the integrated Options Module that is contained within the Facility Administration package.
This course should be attended by the following:
- The school Career Guidance Teacher.
- The members of staff responsible for generating out the Student Options on an annual basis.
The Options course covers the following items:
- Carrying out the End of Year Procedure.
- Setting up Option Blocks/ Bands.
- How to poll and enter student preferences.
- Generating Option Blocks/Bands.
- How to poll and enter student choices.
- Fit student to Option Blocks/Bands.
- Generating Teaching groups and assign students automatically to these teaching groups.
- Generate curriculum automatically the Option Blocks/Bands created.
