Introduction to Facility reporting - 1 day course
Overview
This training course is designed to introduce delegates to the elements of basic report design using each of the three different types of report available with Facility - list reports, form reports and embedded reports (lists within form reports).
Delegates will also learn about the functionality associated with the different types of reports such as optional columns, vertical totals, and label layouts. The course delegate should be someone who will be responsible for the design and production of reports within the school.
The course will combine structured areas of teaching where you will be guided by the trainer alongside exercises that you will be given to complete individually in order to practice the skills that you have gained throughout the day.
Requirements
You are required to bring a laptop with you with the latest version of Facility and ePortal installed and a copy of your school data. Further details of what is required can be found in the full course overview.
