Introduction to Facility reporting - WebEx

Overview

This WebEx training session is designed to introduce you to reporting and is aimed at users who have no experience of creating reports within Facility. The duration of the session will be 2 hours 30 minutes including a short break.

The session will show you how to create each of the different types of reports that are used within Facility and will therefore be broken down into the following areas:

  1. List reports - Creating sorts, Vertical totals, Default filters, Options to allow, Filtering, Optional columns
  2. Form Reports - Letters, Mailing labels, Student lunch passes/ID cards, Using variables within form reports
  3. Embedded Reports

At the end of each section you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
