Getting started with Facility & ePortal - WebEx
Overview
The Foundation WebEx Training session will introduce you to using Facility and will cover the basics to get you started with the software. You will also be given an overview of ePortal in order to demonstrate how teachers view data, take registers etc and how ePortal could be of use to you within the school (as an office user). This training session is aimed at new users (i.e. staff who are new to a school or for new schools where staff may have missed the onsite Foundation training course) to be attended within the first two months of using Facility.
The session will be broken down into the following areas:
- Introduction to Facility (main Facility window and the Student window)
- Introduction to Reporting within Facility
- Introduction to ePortal
- Additional areas of interest (at delegates request)
- Using the Firstline website
At the end of each section delegates will be given the chance to ask questions.
