New Irish Schools Training Courses
Serco Learning has created a number of brand new training courses especially for Irish Schools for the new academic year.
ePortal Training
We have designed a number of NEW ePortal training courses and workshops which will provide delegates with a more in-depth view of Facility ePortal. These courses cover various different areas such as ePortal administration, ePortal maintenance following implementation, ePortal configuration and usage, and ePortal Parental Access. Each course is aimed at different users and will enable schools to ensure they are getting the best out of the ePortal software.
Attendance Training
Designed for staff members that manage recording student attendance, we have created two new courses to provide a comprehensive overview of the attendance module within Facility Admin. One of the courses guides users through setting up the system to record attendance, as well as how to generate any required attendance reports, and more. The other course looks more specifically at monitoring attendance.
Assessment Reports Training
This course is of benefit to any staff members that design student assessment reports and those that are involved in the design of form reports or letters in Facility Admin. The course will guide delegates through an in-depth look at the reporting engine within Facility Admin focusing specifically on form and embedded report types, plus advanced functioning, filtering and formatting techniques.
Principals of Timetabling
Created for new and experienced Timetablers, this course guides delegates through the fundamental building blocks that are essential to creating a working timetable. Delivered by Serco Learning's most senior Timetabling expert, this course will give you the language and skills of timetabling that you will need to meet with the ever-increasing challenges involved in ensuring that everything fits into one, smooth, working timetable that will not cause disruption.
