Process of validating Students information in Facility - 1 day course

Overview

This workshop is designed to assist delegates in processing accurate & timely October Returns data to meet the Department of Education and Science (DES) requirements for 2011/2012. The workshop deals with validating Teachers and Timetable information in relation to:

  • Timetabled Teachers hours
  • Non Class contact Teachers hours
  • Structure of the School Day

Requirements

You must bring a laptop with Facility Administration v11.1.x or Facility Timetabler installed and a connection set up to a copy of your database to access the 2011/2012 dataset/timetable. This course is primarily recommended for the Timetabler, but attendance by the Administrator can be helpful.
