Post 16 Learning Aims WebEx

Overview

This WebEx training session is designed to cover the procedure of setting up post 16 within Facility and assigning learning aims to the relevant students. This training is designed for anyone who may be new to their job and has not dealt with setting up post 16 learning aims before or for schools who are new to Facility and need to set up post 16. The training will consist of three sessions (as outlined below) and will contain guidance on how best to complete your return and common problems encountered by schools:

1. Setting Facility up for Post 16 - Importing QAN data, Enabling awarding bodies, discount codes and SSF’s, Disabling unwanted QAN codes, Using the right-click functionality in the above screens
2. Assigning learning aims - Assigning start/end dates to teaching groups, Assigning QAN codes to teaching groups, Assigning/modifying individual learning aims
3. FAQ’s, tips and advice - Most common issues that Support deal with regarding Post 16 learning aims, Using the Firstline website, Useful advice regarding Post 16 and the census return.
