Our new Principal's course is designed for school leaders to get an overview of the Serco management information systems that provides the tools to manage your school curriculum and resources. The course covers the following areas:

  • Overview of Facility administration, Scheduler and ePortal
  • The academic year schedule and the data required for September and October returns, the school timetable and all student assessment and examinations.
  • Overview of reporting capabilities in Admin and ePortal utilising Document Storage and SMS text messaging
  • Demonstration of how parental access can be achieved through ePortal giving parents information about their child's attendance and assessments.
