Serco Learning is delighted that our brand new, innovative Management Information System Progresso has featured in yet another Microsoft blog! This is the latest in a series of blogs that has followed the development of Progresso; previous blogs included talking to the Progresso Pioneer schools and tracking them as they eagerly move forward to being the first schools to implement the exciting new software.
The most recent blog discusses the continuing development of Progresso, currently being installed within the 25 Progresso Pioneer Schools. It features Tim Rocke, who commissions IT services at Telford and Wrekin Local Authority which selected Progresso in a recent tender and has two Progresso Pioneer Schools. In addition to which the blog also includes comments from Serco Learning’s Managing Director, Mohamad Djahanbakhsh about leading and nurturing the development processes including the importance of customer feedback.
