Bespoke consultancy is often requested by our H&FE customers regarding Project Management. Staff at Serco have assisted in dozens of detailed timetabling implementation projects and are Prince 2 qualified to provide expertise in this area. In organising and overseeing your project, Serco will provide:
- Start of project governance and mandate assistance
- A reference document defining the project
- Cost, quality and timescale discussions and benchmarks
- Transparent project plan with clear tasks, milestones and deliverables
- Assistance in assigning resources to tasks
- Change control mechanisms
- Maintenance of risk and issue logs
- Regular management reports
- Acceptance reviews and sign off
- Facilitate post project recommendations and reviews.
Project and resource costs are generally handled within the institution. The Serco project manager would liaise with the finance and budget departments to provide relevant data.
