Overview
This WebEx training session is designed to equip you with the knowledge required to complete the November Workforce Census and will cover all relevant areas required (e.g. specific data that is returned as part of this census and also anything which has changed or is new for this return). This training course is designed for people who may be new to a school environment and have never completed a Workforce census return before, those who have not previous completed a return within Facility or for anyone who may want a refresher of the whole procedure. The training will consist of five sessions (as outlined below) and will contain guidance on how best to complete your return and common problems encountered by schools:
- Setting up Facility for the Workforce return
- Staff data
- School data
- Data validation and creating the return
- FAQ’s, tips and advice
